We were soaked and holding on for dear life. Our tail bones kept smacking against the seat. I asked the driver to slow down, he didn’t care. They blamed rough conditions but never offered to reschedule us. They took us out there with no warning of what was to come, no offer of a life vest. We got to the cave and we were told we can’t swim because of the environment, which is totally fine. But then the tour guide…”
