“We had 2 couples and a single. We wanted 3 boats. We only got 2! The single person wanted to drive a separate boat so the couples could be together. Instead They put 3 large adults in one boat. It did not drive fast. They ended up taking the single person out and going with the guide boat. if we wanted a separate boat for the single driver, we had to pay an additional $69. That's ridiculous. It was fun driving a boat, but that's all it was. We drove through the lagoon. Through some mangroves, we did see a crocodile sunning himself. We did not stop at a private…”

“Deceptive company. Snorkeling was not provided, no discount offered. I tried calling twice the day before and morning to check on weather conditions for snorkeling but no one answered. No water provided either. I asked for partial refund but was refused. Should have cancelled. DO NOT use this company!!! There are other better boats that can be rented in surrounding areas.”

“Previously we had visited Cancun and the boat ride, however they had been bad with the times they had planned to pick us up... We returned again and wanted to experiment with another agency and the truth is they follow the entire itinerary as indicated . There is no shortage of one or another traveler who takes more time than they should and delays the activities a little, although they always tell us about the time we have to take advantage of it.”

“The tour itself was awesome. Ricardo did a wonderful job and we all ended up having a great time! I would give 5-stars except for the incorrect information given to me on my viator confirmation regarding the place to meet for our tour. We were told to meet by the Lighthouse Restaurant at La Isla for our 9am time. We were there at 8:50 and they couldn’t find a record of our reservation for 8. We were told that the tour already left and that our marina was at Fred’s a few kilometers away. They were able to accommodate us at 12, but I booked the 9am knowing that we…”

“What a great excursion! It was fun to drive the speedboat and the snorkeling was the best we had ever seen! They bring fish food and throw it in the water which makes the fish swarm around you…it was really cool. We also saw a sea turtle, a sea cucumber, and a puffer fish in addition to the other small colorful fish. Our guide was very nice and explained how to drive the boats thoroughly. Would definitely do again.”
