I had to call Viator, who gave me a direct number to call in order to find out what was going on. I was leaving the next morning so no hope of rebooking and had to request a refund. Luckily my hotel was not far from the meeting point but if it had been further and I’d paid for taxis etc to get there I would be less disappointed and more angry. This company MUST contact people about cancelled excursions - it’s not acceptable in this day and age not…”
